She Shimmers uses Australia Post within Australia and will deliver according to Australia Post conditons in Australia.
Australian orders
Regular mail: This service takes 2 or more working days, depending on your destination and is not trackable or insured. Generally, locations close or in major cities are delivered within a few days, while remote locations will take longer. Not recommended for urgent orders.
Express Post: Mostly the next working day if you fall within the next business day delivery network. Please visit www.auspost.com.au top check if your location falls within this network. Remote locations and destinations that fall outside the next business day delivery network will take longer for delivery. This service is trackable and very reliable. Recommended for urgent orders.
Orders Outside Australia
Airmail:This service can take up to 12 working days to arrive. The order is not insured or trackable. Refunds or a re-send of the order is only available only after a full investigation has been made which can take several months in extreme cases or obscure locations. Not recommended for urgent orders.
Express Courier International: Between 3-5 working days to arrive. The order is insured and trackable. Perfect for urgent orders where time is an issue.

Rest of the World. Please note: due to credit card fraud we do not ship to many Countries. Refunds
If you are not happy with the quality of an item purchased from our site simply return your purchase in its original condition and packaging together with the invoice within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price less our original postage and insurance costs. This return guarantee does not apply if you have simply changed your mind or if your circumstances have changed. It is intended to guarantee the quality of our products which we stand by. Please note refunds will not be given for items that show any signs whatsoever of having been worn, or are not in their original condition and packaging.
Method of Refund
She Shimmers will refund moneys in the same way as they were paid to us after the goods are received and checked (around 3 business days).
How to make a return
Email your invoice number to orders@sheshimmers.com.au asking for a return authority number and giving us the reason for the return. We will then email you the return authorisation number which is required to accompany the return.
All we ask is that you return the product in its original condition with its packaging. We recommend you send the goods by registered & insured as we are not responsible for the goods until we have received them.
